Recipe of the Week: Air Fryer Cheese Curds
1 small/medium-sized bag cheese curds
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Marinara sauce for serving
Whisk together the eggs and water in one bowl.
Whisk together breadcrumbs, panko, seasonings, salt, and flour in another small bowl.
Dip each curd into the egg mixture and then the flour mixture. Then, dip each curd back into the egg mixture and the breadcrumb mixture again.
Place each curd into the air fryer, spread out enough so they aren't touching.
Air fry at 390 degrees for 6 minutes. Remove when done.
Warm up the marinara sauce.
Enjoy the curds with the sauce.
